Abstract

Introduction
1)background
- Motivation is the back bone in order to achieve a goal.
- Team is defining as more than one individual working together under one leader.
- The team’s performance has a close connection with motivation. When the leaders have a high motivation, then he is able to motivate his team members to achieve team goals and objectives.

If the team lack of motivation, their performance will be decrease

1. Find out the important of motivation to team performance
2. Find out effects of motivation to the team performance

1. How motivation can effect the team performance?
2. What the benefits of motivation to the team performance?

- The expectation of the study shows that motivation is important to a leader and the team. This is can proof when the team has the high level of motivation the performance of that team will increase. The motivation can inspires, support n encourage the team members to achieve the goals of team.
